Okay... lets get an Agenda together.

- Arnhem
-- Map
-- Regens
-- Objectives
-- Special Rules
-- Briefings
-- Props
-- Set Dressing
-- Sound systems
-- Pyros, how to be used?
-- Money
-- Cost of Set Dressing for Arnhem. Dave please prepare a quote for the work to be done for this meeting so we can work out the budget. This is VERY important now. Without it we can make no plans.
-- Pyros, how much?
-- Other costs
-- Grope discussion
-- PLI, do we need it?
-- Bank Account
- Churchill's Revenge
-- Who takes the money?
-- How much money?
-- Video coverage

Please add more to the agenda...

There hasn't been a word from Gadge for a couple of days - is he still expecting us?

I believe Gadge has his mind on, er, "other things" at the moment ;)

Best give him a shout to remind him.

Good meeting chaps - I'm off until Tuesday evening, have a good Easter break.

(Got back home, unpacked washing machine, installed it, waited up while it ran through a cycle to check for leaks, crawled into bed 2am. Wife came down to the kitchen this morning to find spanking new washer up and running. Did I get a word of thanks? :x :x :x )

Yes it was a fantastic meeting. We got a lot done. Everything is looking tip top.

I'll get the budget written up online this evening. Hopefully Gadge will have the scenarios written up in a few days.

Spoke to Grogan tonight - he recommended the Twin Oaks for after-event pub at the M1 junction, more info tomorrow.

Clarky ain't gonna be at the event :P

Asked about organiser's green fee, he said we won't be charged (didn't tell him there were six of us! Meh!)

heh... had a run in with Clarky on Saturday...

His parting comment was "Oh you're with Chomley and that lot aren't you"

Well actually he said a lot more... but I let him walk away spouting general complaints and gibberish.

God he's an idiot.

LOL. Grogan said you had a spat with him, I couldn't work out what he meant - didn't know you slummed it at Phoenix Woodland on Saturday! Changed a bit hasn't it?

Yes... it is rather good now!

Shame the games in the afternoon were badly swayed to one side because of a naff continuous campaign type of thing that G had set his mind on... After the second game one side was destined to win every other game because they had a 5 to 2 advantage in medics.

Also shame they have such a tosser of a marshall in Clarky..

Did DG say anything else other than that I'd had a spat with him?
